Fringe Benefits

All budgeted salaries must include fringe benefit costs. Salaries cannot be paid without incurring the related fringe benefit costs, and should be reflected in your budget accordingly. Fringe benefits are calculated at the following rates:

**Full time fringe rates still apply to 9 month employees during the summer.**

Part-Time w/CURP 16.9%

For the purposes of fringe rates, Instructors are considered full-time employees and Per Course faculty are part-time.
