Biosafety Committee

The goal of the Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) is to minimize the risks of injury and illness and help ensure containment for activities using potentially biohazardous materials , synthetic and recombinant nucleic acids as regulated by NIH Guidelines.

Meetings for the IBC occur on an as needed basis. Please turn in MUA(s) to ResearchAdministration@MissouriState.edu. Meeting times can take up to six weeks to organize.
